Logy Taipei delivers a strong and memorable dining experience without trying too hard to impress visually. The flavours are generally bold, but they stay well-balanced with the ingredients, so nothing feels overwhelming. Each dish focuses on taste rather than unnecessary decoration or excessive garnishing, which I personally appreciate. The wine pairing was a highlight. It not only complemented the food well but also brought out more character in the wines themselves, making the overall experience more layered and enjoyable. The ambience is comfortable and refined, and the service is attentive without being intrusive.
