If you're looking for a cafe with some of the best scenery in town, look no further than Louis168. Located at the top of 168 stairs, this hidden gem offers stunning views of the city. But the views aren't the only thing that makes this cafe special. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is absolutely delicious.
