I took away an ice butter latte and informed that i do not need a paper bag as i am having it straight away. The chinese lady replied with “how i know ur order number”. Does not belong in the service industry or no training given for basic service. What a way to start the day, horrible. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
