This outlet feels extremely unwelcoming. The young gal at counter is always sulking. And when I asked her about some product enquiries, she answered with an unwilling & can’t-be-bothered attitude. At Compass One there are much better coffee elsewhere — Starbucks, Coffee Bean etc. The coffee here isn’t that nice too. Pretty surprised Luckin Coffee doesn’t bother about service standards even though so many had complained here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered their little butter latte today with less sugar. Really loved it. Level of sweetness was just perfect and the coffee and chocolatey notes complements well. Service staff was also very friendly as I forgot to select take away while making my online order via the app. However upon collection I kindly asked for a take away bag and they packed it right away for me :) Also halfway while walking out of the shop, the seal for my hot coffee wasn’t secured well. Asked my girl to return to see if they can replace the sticker for the seal. Which they did made it look like new ! Thank you so much for your kind service ! Recommended as always. Luckin coffee - Compass One located at 1 Sengkang Square, #01-23 Compass One, Singapore 545078. Super loving it the place is cosy and only thing is lack of seating as there is limited seating in the outlet. No issue with coffee but staff in the outlet are not so friendly but more robustic service. If they can expand some seating will be awesome and work on some basic customer services. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
