They advertise high quality matcha for their matcha latte so I got tempted and it tasted like mud. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Take out

Very impersonal service or, rather, no service. Might as well be dealing with robots. Employees here are destined to be replaced by automatons one day when they can make coffee better and quicker than they can and for no wages. Coffee was also so-so. Nothing special. Won’t be going out of my way to simply order from a machine. Seating area also way too warm for basement indoors. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They take orders just -online- and don’t even answer your questions about your order properly, when your coffee comes different than what you’ve ordered -online- than they tell they cannot cancel the order either. One is neither able to have what has been ordered nor the money back. Awful service, Totally unprofessional. Don’t even deserve 1
