The staff on duty did not assist me properly with the refund process (I had to change my payment method). I paid twice, got one cup. And now no way to get back my original amount Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came to order a drink and was shocked that I saw a lady working alone on Sunday and was handling so many orders. I felt so bad for her. Nevertheless, she tried her best and was still smiling despite being so busy and working alone. A huge respect to her Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered pick up from the wrong store (this instead of potong pasir). The staff called me a few hours later and initiated a refund right away without me calling or informing. The good service and great initiative has gotten Luckin an all time supporter! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
