Drink ready and left aside, no notify to customer or anything. bad service

bought from luckin many times and this is the first store i got such bad service at. got 4 drinks and saw the drinks being made and left aside for many minutes and once the drinks were served i asked for a bag and she looked at me and didn’t give it when i asked again she looks again and walked away and also the drinks cap were stained with drinks made by other orders Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
