Spontaneously came to Martin's kitchen as we were in the area. We had the Sausages and Mashed Potatoes and Pork Schnitzel with Fries. It can be challenging to get great, European-style sausages on the island, or anywhere in Korea for that matter. These are proper sausages served with a peppery homemade gravy, creamy mashed potatoes and peas. The pork schnitzel was really nice too. It's my first time having this so I haven't got a point of comparison other than pork katsu. I enjoyed it! It was comforting and simple home style food. The skin-on fries were very good, crispy and fresh tasting. The sauce tasted like red peppers (capsicum), I didn't expect that from Swiss food but it was nice. Overall, this was a nice find, I'd definitely come back if I was in the area and wanted to quell my craving for real sausages mash.
