We had an unforgettable experience at Minum in Seoul and the biggest reason was our bartender, Gwan. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel so welcome with his warm attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He was not only very attentive, but also incredibly knowledgeable about cocktails. He listened to what we liked, and prepared drinks with so much care and attention. You can really see that he takes pride in his craft and enjoys creating a special experience for his guests. The cocktails were excellent — balanced and beautifully presented — and the atmosphere of the bar was also amazing. But honestly, Gwan’s service made the whole feel personal and memorable. He is definitely one of the best bartenders we met in Seoul and the hospitality was way better than i have seen in Eu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
