元町駅から山側へ少し歩き、県庁近くの住宅街にひっそりと佇むお店を訪ねてきました。8月のオープン以来ずっと気になっていたのですが、一歩足を踏み入れると、外の喧騒を忘れさせてくれるような穏やかで居心地のいい空間が広がっています。 店内はカウンターが6席とテーブルが1卓という、店主の女性がお一人で切り盛りされるこぢんまりとした造り。 15時過ぎに伺った際は運よく席がありましたが、その後すぐに満席でお断りされている方もいたので、入れるかどうかはまさにタイミング次第といったところでしょうか。 今回いただいたのは、お目当てのコーヒーゼリーパフェ（980円）と、涼を求めて注文したアイスコーヒー（580円）です。 まず驚いたのが、パフェの主役であるコーヒーゼリーの仕上がり。 よくある深煎りの苦味を押し出したものとは一線を画し、まるで果実のような華やかな余韻が鼻を抜けていくんです。 さらに心掴まれたのが、パーツごとに計算された食感の構成。 ぷるんとしたゼリーに、しっとりしたスポンジ、そして何よりザクザクとしたクランブルの力強い歯ごたえと程よい塩気が、バターの風味をこれでもかと引き立てています。 キャラメルムースのほろ苦さや、シャインマスカット、ピオーネといった旬の果実も盛り込まれていて、最後の一口までワクワクが止まりませんでした。 一緒に頼んだアイスコーヒーも、酸味が綺麗に立ち上がる軽やかな一杯。 この日は少し店内が暑かったので、キリッとした冷たさが体に染み渡りました。 これから行かれる方へのアドバイスとしては、席数が限られているため、少人数での訪問がおすすめ。 また、お支払いはQR決済も利用できたのが地味に嬉しいポイントでした。. とっても可愛い雰囲気で、デザートプレートも美味しかったです またこの辺りに行く機会があれば行きたくなるくらい、店員さんも、お店の雰囲気も良かったです サイフォンで入れるのを真近で見れて楽しかった

This is Keinnosuke. Today I would like to introduce pudding from the cafe "nagi coffee & bake" in Motomachi. A shop that opens quietly in a residential area near the prefectural office, heading towards the Yamate side from Honmachi. It's a place that you won't go to unless you know someone. The inside of the store is small with two table seats and a counter at the back. The female owner runs the restaurant in a leisurely manner. Lovely coffee scent and cute interior. They also sold baked goods. There were three of us, and we sat at the counter seats by the window and relaxed. There were no customers, so it felt like a hideaway, and it was a very comfortable space. nagi pudding (from 280 yen) The pudding is a rare square type. Single item costs 280 yen...with ice cream, it's an additional 120 yen. It was even cuter, so I added a fish cookie (80 yen). The square, hard pudding that can be eaten like a cake is the best! The fish cookies were also crunchy and delicious. Looks like it contains whole grains. Also available are lemon cookies, cinnamon cookies, and shortbread. Florentine and rosemary salt cookies were on sale. By the way, in addition to pudding, there were also waffles on the menu for sweets. *Puddin Empire Memo* Style Skin glow Resilience Azatosa Kindness Good upbringing In Motomachi, the Nankinmachi area on the sea side is popular, but there are various shops on the Yamate side as well, which is recommended.
