Very rude staff. Not customer-oriented, care only for profit. Got a pavlova with probably 1 and a half strawberry on it cut in small pieces (KRW 11,500.-). I came here to eat a Basque cheesecake but decided not to go for it due to the rudeness of the staff. Everything was good though, hence the second star. We had a drink each, which matched their minimum requirement (written on a sign). *** Update *** My partner got an allergy after having the pavlova. She is not allergic to strawberries nor to other berries. Not sure which dye they use to get a pink meringue or which chemicals they use to make that dessert.

Hello. Thank you for visiting us. I'm sorry if the employees were rude. I don't know what happened We will try to improve the service part. No chemicals or pigments are used in Pavlova. Once again, I'm sorry I couldn't give you a good experience. If I visit again, I will repay you with satisfactory service then.

I tried the mugwort gateau and iced mugwort cream latte, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. If I come back to Korea again In September last year, we went to a new place It has been relocated. There's a terrace with a view of Lotte Tower Please find a new space, too!
