Very good izakaya in the area that you should try. English friendly menu and service. Serving Okinawa style foods. Note that it’s cash only. We paid like $30 for 2 ppl but I drank a couple beers and sake and ordered a couple foods. I can’t recommend the gyoza enough. Especially with the spicy sauce. We were the only ones in the place at store open. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the pleasure of trying the wonderful food, that was prepared for us at the Okinawa bar! The gyoza was especially delicious! It's a small izakaya, so there isn't room for a whole throng of people, but that's what is so appealing about places like this! It was very personal, and we saw the owner/chef prepare the food in front of us. Once we were finished he even came outside to see us off, and thank us for coming! Don't be scared to try out this place, they even have an English menu for travelers!
