Overall we really enjoyed our dining experience at Palate. The service was excellent with both the Sommelier and the Waitress offering excellent commentary on food and wine respectively. Certain dishes stood out such as tomato with nice acidity but we both felt there could be more delivered from the menu overall- particularly the beef- whilst the meat was obviously good quality and cooked well it was a fairly standard French style dish with a simple reduction- needed more flavours/complexity to match michelin star quality in my opinion. Nice wine pairings but 50ml per pour is pretty stingy for the price point. Worth a visit if visiting Busan. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
