While the winter menu looks nice, the cooking technique is not as good. I think the chef needs to learn how to cook beef as my experience is terrible as the chef failed to deliver a medium rare beef which is cold inside. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It’s the first time I came to relish. Compared to high-end western restaurants, relish has a warmer feeling. The restaurant is warm and bright, the ingredients are rich and fresh, and the meals are super delicious. The most impressive thing is the cold appetizer. The fresh sea urchin is not fishy at all. The taste is really great with the crispy yam and sweet scallops. There is also the main course Wagyu steak. The medium-rare doneness keeps the steak tender and very juicy. The final dessert is my favorite dish. , the outer layer of sake jelly is paired with cheese mousse and the orange in the middle. The whole taste is very rich and delicious. The moderately sweet dessert makes the meal a perfect ending. The overall dining experience is very good, highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
