Rock the Who is a must-visit in Seoul! The owner is incredibly nice and cool, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere. The music is a total vibe, and the crowd is great. Even as a foreigner who doesn't speak the language, I found them very accommodating. I was only in Seoul for a few days, but I found myself going back multiple times.
