The decor is nice, but the venue was loud. Beyond the noisy environment, we had a pretty disappointing dining experience overall. The restaurant strictly enforces a one-drink-per-person policy (regardless of how much food you order) that was not communicated to us at the beginning, yet the staff managed to completely omit my drink order from the system, resulting in a long delay. Service remained inattentive throughout the night, requiring multiple requests just for water. The food was mediocre at best. The garlic scallop pasta suffered from an extreme lack of balance; the heat was so overpowering that it entirely masked the flavor of the dish—and I say this as someone who genuinely loves spicy food. The rest of our skewers and dishes were equally unremarkable, and the drinks were underwhelming. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $400–450

Lunch at ROOM 3 in Tsim Sha Tsui – stylish Japanese gastrobar with great natural light! Lunch sets are good value, especially with discounts. Loved the skewer set (75% off): juicy chicken wings, mentaiko cucumber (fresh & bouncy), minced chicken with runny egg yolk – flavorful & satisfying. Mentaiko udon creamy & chewy. Added $98 grilled uni lobster tail (limited, visually stunning & delicious). Friend's seared beef tongue & wagyu short rib rice was tender & rich. Cozy vibe – recommend for a relaxed midday meal!
