We were at your Northpoint outlet on 28 Oct at around 6.05 pm. Your staff asked if I was a member and I said no. She proceeded with my purchase of the last bottle of the sea salt dark chocolate cookies, without asking if I would like to be a member. When my husband made his purchase after me, she gladly served him. He had signed up for the membership and enjoyed the perks immediately where I missed out on the discounts! However, he had asked for original but was given ALL cream. It was our 1st time purchasing and it was an unpleasant experience. And btw, the staff did not issue us with a receipt. I am still waiting for your reply on this. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
