We ordered 5 set lunch items and 2 ala carte of the plain udons. The 5 sets arrived first and the udon almost took an hour before it arrives. It was on a Saturday and it was not busy during lunch period. We had to inform the staff multiple times about it and they all seemed lost. There were no acknowledgment nor an apology for the delay rather gave us a look that we had mistakenly confused our order. We ended up canceling 1 udon and my daughter ended up hungry and ate somewhere else. The bill still showed 2 udons even after explaining it to their staff, good thing we cross checked and informed them. Overall, would not recommend this place if you are a NON CHINESE speaker, felt totally discriminated. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
