Single place coffee lab sits inside a Cul de sac in the busy district of Taichung. One of the highlights in this beloved shop is a 1960s Faema double group spring lever machine. Walked in on Friday afternoon, Tyson, the barista/owner in house, was kind enough to recommend me a few choices and the result of the SO espresso has fully blown my mind with great complexity, balance and sweetness. He demonstrated great patience to answer my questions, offered me some recommendations on brewing. of course, we had a good time talking about the Faema. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $200–400
