Thank you for visiting sou+ and choosing to spend your evening with us in Zushi. Our daily work begins with carefully selecting fresh seafood and vegetables. We are truly honored that the delicate balance of the carpaccio with citrus and herbs, the natural sweetness of the oysters, and the comforting richness of our octopus and potato dish resonated with you. The vongole, too, is a dish where we focus on drawing out a deep, balanced flavor simply by respecting the ingredients. The sea and land around Zushi offer different expressions as the seasons transition. We will continue to dedicate ourselves to honest, handcrafted Italian dishes using these local gifts.
