Over the years I've tried many breakfast restaurants in Hat Yai. This is the latest addition - it opened on 8 April 2026 - and there is nothing else comparable in town. It's located next door to Glom Glom restaurant fairly close to Hat Yai airport. I've walked past many times and previously assumed it was a large, private house belonging to the owner of Glom Glom restaurant. However, it has now opened as a cafe. It is huge. There is a swimming pool, a pool table, and a large outside area with real trees. It gives the impression of being completely open, but there is actually a clear perspex roof that offers protection if it rains. The food is good and well presented, if a little limited. An English style breakfast is available and there are a range of sandwiches. The drinks menu is good. They appear to make their own sour dough. As I write, there is quite a big sour dough trend in Thailand. They sell sour dough loaves for Bt220, and the sandwiches are made from their own sour dough. Prices are reasonable considering the overall quality and experience. If you are always looking to save money in Thailand, go downtown and get a bowl of boiled rice for Bt40. If you want good dining experiences, it's great that places like this are opening up in Hat Yai. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
