My first time exploring Big C Extra Rama 4 with curiosity, and this Starbucks branch led a good impression! A short-haired male staff member is probably one of the most proactive Starbucks baristas I’ve ever met. It happened to be the 1 or 2 days after the launch day of the Starbucks new drinks. Even though I communicated in simple Thai just enough to order and pay, he wasn't hesitant or awkward at all. Instead, he confidently and patiently explained how to enjoy a good discount for new drinks using app. Also he noticed some balance in my app and explained the option of using those plus scanning to pay the residual petty amount. It solved an OCD issue as I would like to clear those app balance but not sure how to before. It was a seamless communication experience. The rest of the team was equally welcoming, the store had a great relaxed vibe, and the drink tasted amazing. Kudos to the team for making a newcomer feel so at home! Price per person: ฿200–400

Superb service from the bubbly staff members. On the atmosphere, tables could be a little cleaner on the window side and loud AC. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
