I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the service was honestly the worst I’ve ever encountered. The staff didn’t acknowledge us at all; they just stared and made no effort to help. I had to pick up the menu myself, and when I asked about a student discount, the staff member just gave a rude nod without a word. It got worse from there: we had to seat ourselves, and they placed cutlery on the wrong side of the table. The server looked like he absolutely hated being there. When the food arrived, it was mediocre at best—the salted egg pasta was bad, the portions were tiny, and the vegetarian aglio olio was just plain sad with almost no protein. When we went to pay, we were ignored again and basically met with a sour expression. Overall, a one-star experience. I hope they improve, but I won’t be coming back.
