Had a great experience here! The staff were friendly and kind. The entrance fee is 200 THB for one hour, which also includes a tasty drink. The cats are active, healthy, and obviously well looked after. They’re playful, adorable, and super fluffy! Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Right after entering, we were asked to pay 200 Baht per person to access the cat area, and the greeting felt rather cold and impersonal. I bought some cat food, and as soon as we entered, the cats basically rushed us. They jumped on us, scratched, fought with each other, chased one another, and competed aggressively for the food. Overall, they came across as very food-driven. Once the food was gone, none of the cats showed any interest in us anymore and just focused on themselves. There are simply too many cats in a relatively small space. Even when left alone, they kept fighting and competing with each other. What stood out most is that despite there being more than 30 cats, not a single one interacted with us once the food was gone. On the positive side, the cats all looked clean, healthy, and well-groomed. The café itself was also hygienic – you have to wash your hands, take off your shoes, and wear socks before entering, which is a good standard. The coffee was actually very good as well. However, the interior feels quite worn down and could use some renovation. The staff also came across as rather cold and transactional, more focused on collecting the entrance fee than creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the vibe felt distant and not very warm – which is surprising for a place that should feel cozy and friendly. In summary: clean and well-maintained cats, good hygiene and coffee, but the overall experience with the cats and the atmosphere left me with mixed feelings. Regarding your experience with our staff and the cats' behavior, we would like to share some insights: 1. Privacy & Interaction: The reason our staff remains mainly at the counter is to ensure our guests enjoy their time with the cats privately, without feeling pressured or watched. Additionally, our cats are very bonded with the staff; if we are inside the zone, they tend to flock to us instead of interacting with our guests. We want to make sure the cats focus their attention entirely on you. 2. Natural Cat Behavior: Our kids get very excited when they see treats, which can sometimes lead to minor scuffles. However, please rest assured it is mostly just "play-fighting" with their paws and never to the point of injury. Once they are full, they naturally return to their resting state to conserve energy. While we don't force them to stay awake, you are always welcome to approach and pet any of them. they are all very friendly 3. Space Improvements: We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the cafe's space. We actually have plans to expand and renovate to make the area more spacious once everything is ready. Be try clean cute place. I came at 16:00 and was the only customer. Please respect cats private space and only pet when they want to. Had a good time you can see cats are loved and taken care of. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
