Wonderful and cosy cafe with nice drinks and food. Excellent and warm service from MS Carine, who helped me redeem my birthday cake. A friendly gesture that truly touched me. On my return visit, she was still able to recognise us. Her service level is the best and truly heart warming. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good company and a wonderful tea time experience @tcc - The Connoisseur Concerto (Isetan Scotts) this afternoon! Great to be back @tcc - one of our favorite get-together venues and we've enjoyed the delectable munchies and beverages here: - Shroom Bites - Hokkaido Sweet Corn Croquettes - Hokkaido Latté - Hazlenut Latté - Aloe Lychee & Pomelo Sago - Avocado & Gula Melaka Snoothie - Lychee Coconut Cooler tcc scores high in terms of its central location & easy access, extensive range & high quality gourmet food and creative drinks, welcoming & prompt service, aethestically-pleasing decor and relaxed atmosphere. Also, nice city view of Orchard-Scotts-Paterson Road intersections (when seated by the window) is a plus. Given its spaciousness, inviting & relaxed ambience, with comfy seating, tcc is a perfect spot for quick bites, delicate sweet treats or full course meals while socializing or working on laptops, as well as resting tired feet post-shopping while sipping a cold brew.
