I didn't eat anything there so can't rank. Drinks are very well done. They managed to portray the tea flavours nicely in their cocktails which is not easy as teas have very delicate flavours. Drinks are very complex in terms laying. Have interesting flavour combination like with papaya and tofu etc. of Bartenders are also very professional. I heard some of them speaks English so not to worry if you do not speak Mandarin. Price per person: $1,000–1,200 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Don’t waste your time or money at Tei by Obond. Coming from Los Angeles, we were excited to try Tei and didn't mind the high prices. We thought the price would equal quality, but Tei by Obond was extremely overpriced with poor quality drinks. These were some of the most mediocre cocktails we’ve had despite being $500 NT after service fee ($16 USD) each. We couldn’t even finish our second drinks. On top of this, we ended up $50 NT short of the minimum spend so they charged the measly $50 NT difference plus a 10% service fee despite seeing that we clearly didn't finish the second drinks. Taipei has an incredible bar scene, but this isn't part of it. I'd save your money and go to any other incredible bars around the area. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $800–1,000
