ここで食事をしようと思っていたのですが事前予約のみとなっていて閉まっていました。Googleでは営業中となっていたのですがとても残念でした。店内は綺麗にみえました。. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had a wonderful dining experience at Jade in Hong Kong! The food was beautifully presented, fresh and full of flavour. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, with a great balance of traditional Cantonese flavours and refined modern touches. The ingredients were clearly of excellent quality, and each course was memorable in its own way. The restaurant’s elegant ambience made the experience even more enjoyable. It was sophisticated yet comfortable, making it perfect for a special celebration, family gathering or relaxing meal with friends. The service was warm, attentive and professional throughout, with the team taking great care of every detail. Overall, Jade delivers an impressive combination of delicious cuisine, beautiful surroundings and excellent hospitality. Definitely deserving of five stars, and I would gladly return again! 玉 The Jade,Regala Skycity Hotel is a hidden gem nearby the Hong Kong International Airport. I went for the food, but I ended up loving the whole vibe—it’s an authentic Chinese restaurant with dishes that genuinely feel like they’re made to spoil you (and I know Dad would enjoy that). First thing that impressed me? The restaurant has big ceiling-to-floor windows. I could literally watch the planes take off and still enjoy a stunning sunset view—it felt way more special than your average meal. For my order, I chose the Hu Melody Signature Set Menu (滬韻小聚 · 鼎章). And honestly so many dishes were better than what you’d get outside. Here’s what really blew my mind! Double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw and sea conch (花膠鮮螺頭燉雞), this was the closest thing to “comfort food” I’ve had in a long time. The texture is so silky and deep, I kept thinking I should order three bowls. Dongpo-style marbled wagyu (東坡雪花和牛), the moment it hits your tongue, it just melts. It’s buttery, savoury, and honestly ridiculous—in the best way. I already know Dad will “pretend” he’s sharing then quietly go for the last bite. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
