During our two month trip through Thailand we spent a week at Plub Pla Retreat and we absolutely loved it. We loved the infinity pool and the beautiful tree reflected in the water. The sight was breathtaking. The staff was extremely friendly and warm. Especially when dealing with our little son. They always had a banana for him, which he loves, even if there was other fruit on the buffet. They looked after him lovingly so that we could eat in peace. The villas were large, spacious and stylishly decorated. They all had a large terrace. There was an indoor and an outdoor shower. It was nice to take a shower in the morning with birds chirping, the first rays of sun and geckos. The breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality. There was a daily varying selection of fresh, sweet fruit: mangos, passion fruit, watermelon, pineapple,... There was also yogurt and muesli. There was also a daily changing Asian dish, salads, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, sandwiches with cheese, juice and coffee. So there really was something for every taste. The beach is nice and clean. There are stones and rocks in the sea, which makes this section of beach more suitable for snorkeling than swimming. I don't understand why some people complain about this since it's just nature. If you're looking for peace and relaxation like we are, you've come to exactly the right place. The house is beautifully adorned with wood. The beach is beautiful at high tide, However it depends on the tide(moon cycle) The outdoor pool is one of my favorites. Its decked out with gleaming floors. These rooms are well-organized. It's extremely quiet here
