We asked our waiter to remove seafood, fishsauce from the Tea Leaf Salad due to a shellfish & Seafood allergy. When it arrived, it was sprinkled with dried shrimp, the exact allergen I'd asked to have removed. At no point did the waiter ask about allergies or dietary restrictions when we made the request, despite it being a direct safety issue, not a preference. We asked for the salad to be redone. When the bill came, we'd been charged twice for it. On top of that: rats near the front entrance, a nauseating smell in the dining area, and food quality that didn't match the price. Service throughout was careless rather than just slow. This wasn't a minor miss. A kitchen mishandling a stated allergy is a real safety issue, and being billed TWICE for their own error afterward made it worse. Would not recommend, and won't be returning. Waste of money. Disgusting, there was cockroaches on the sofa we were sitting at, one of the served sauces was expired literally spoiled, the glasses for the water had food from the previous customer, there is not toilet so we had to go to the convenience store at the corner. If you want to get a food poisoning you should go that place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–600
