I happened to stumble upon Trattoria Rialto while in Seoul for work and decided to make a reservation and I’m so glad I did. The signature tajarin was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a long time. It was packed with umami, beautifully balanced, and the pasta was cooked to perfect al dente. The pastrami was another standout, with the combination of tender meat, crisp apple, and crumble creating a fantastic contrast of flavours and textures. I also finished with the tiramisu, which was an excellent way to end the meal. The experience was made even better by the warm, attentive service. A special thank you to the lovely aspiring art student who served me, you were proactive in checking in throughout the meal and made me feel genuinely welcome. Wishing you all the very best in your future endeavours! The meal was so memorable that I came back again for lunch the very next day. I highly recommend Trattoria Rialto to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an absolute gem and a place I’ll definitely return to on my next trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
