Stopped by troubadrourwhile walking along Kokusai because we wanted a spot to chill and found the drinks on the menu affordable. Dishonest owner who could not even explain how the final bill came about! Coffee was charged as per menu price at 650¥ but Lemon sour was charged at 700¥ even though the menu showed 550¥. Tried to bluff her way out by saying "~" in menu meant price is from from 550¥. She added it up to a total of 1350¥ x 1.1 for tax which equates to 1485¥ but conveniently charged me 1500¥. Visit them at your own risk. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
