Bought Teriyaki chicken bento takeaway today. Rice is lukewarm but teriyaki chicken and sauce is cold. Staff maybe forgot to heat up already cooked chicken as it is cold and hard. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Almost every day around 8:00 PM, Umi Sushi plays a recorded advertisement at a very high volume. The sound is so loud that it affects my ability to have a peaceful meal at the nearby food outlets. It’s not just slightly loud – it’s disruptive and uncomfortable, and it seriously affects my dining experience and mood. The food is also extremely bad. No wonder they keep offering 50% off. The service is terrible and the overall standard is very poor. Honestly, there are better sushi options in the same mall. I strongly recommend trying those instead. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On 19th September today, there is a $1 sushi sale going on and many people were seen “hogging” the selection of sushi area “while queueing”, hence i waited for the queue to shorten and “queue” while choosing the sushi. However, shortly after, there is another auntie came and asked me in a rather unpleasant tone if i am queueing or choosing so i told her i am queuing. And she told me to stand aside so that she can choose. First time ever happened to me at umisushi outlet. The auntie was super duper rude. The salmon and duck sushi weren’t fresh anymore and turned bad even though i ate it immediately after i have bought it Please do something about it. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
