I’ve been going to this coffee shop brand for a couple of years, but recently you removed almond milk from the menu, which was really disappointing. Here’s what happened recently in August: Day 1: I came to this coffee shop and ordered a hot cappuccino with almond milk. My order was accepted, but I received an iced cappuccino with cow’s milk. Only after that was I told that almond milk was unavailable. They remade it with oat milk, but once again, it was iced. On the third attempt, I finally got a hot cappuccino. Day 2: They managed to make my oat milk cappuccino correctly on the first try. Day 3: I was told, “We won’t be able to serve you for another hour, we’re having some problems.” Someone was fixing something under the counter, so I left and went to another coffee shop. About 10 minutes later, I walked past again and saw your staff already taking orders and serving coffee. Day 4 (a few days later): I ordered a hot cappuccino with oat milk. The staff member repeated my order back to me. After waiting 10–15 minutes because there was only one employee working, I received an iced cappuccino. On the second attempt, I got another iced cappuccino. Only on the third attempt, after about 20 minutes in total, did I finally get my hot cappuccino. I was on my way to the airport and ended up running late Thank you for finally getting it right on the third attempt. Now I’m genuinely wondering whether I should come to this coffee shop again, go somewhere else right away, or even go to another shopping mall — maybe Siam — just so I can visit the same coffee brand there and hopefully get a hot cappuccino on the first try? And PLEASE BRING ALMOND MILK BACK TO THE MENU. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: ฿200–400

I gave their V6 a shot, and I picked midnight. It was fantastic! This coffee is definitely one of the best I’ve had in Bangkok. Order type: Takeaway
