I came in solo (which is often a no no in Korea) but I was seated promptly. I chose the bar in front of the kitchen out of respect. I ordered Beef Brisket and Poached Egg salad and the Wnch’s Signature Oil Spaghetti. I thought for sure I would be taking leftovers home. The portion size of the salad is definitely for two or three- but on this night it was almost just for one! Delicious, light, crispy brisket and crunchy greens. Next the Signature dish came out. I forgot how much we consume in the US. This portion size was delightfully perfect. I enjoyed the whole dish. And with the salad I felt full but energized. I am writing this at 630pm, as I sip my black hot Americano, no espresso, and every table is full. I arrived at 6pm. I want to not only give this place 5 stars, but multiply it by 3 for food, service and atmosphere. Bravo Chef!!! I’ll be back.
