"If you’re a Gaprao lover, you have to try Khun Chui. You can literally smell the 'Chui' (inviting aroma) wafting from the kitchen as every dish is served piping hot! The heat comes from a perfect blend of fresh and dried chilies—it’s got a kick, but it’s the kind of spicy that’s still super flavorful. They use high-quality, soft, and slightly sticky rice, which is the perfect match for their Dry-style Gaprao (ผัดกะเพราแบบแห้ง). I went for the Stir-fried Crispy Chicken with Holy Basil. Usually, the menu shows the sauce served separately, but I asked them to toss the crispy chicken right into the wok. If you eat it immediately, you still get that satisfying crunch! Their Minced Pork Gaprao is also great—good quality meat, not just a bunch of fat. One heads-up: One of their AC units was down, making it a bit stuffy inside. I had to move closer to the working AC. It seems like it’s been broken for a while since they’ve set up extra floor fans. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
