タイ麺料理が充実してます。カオソーイは柔らかくない麺で日本人が好きそうなカオソーイです。バンコクでもクイッティアオスコータイが食べられる珍しいお店だと思います。ご馳走様でした。

Ros’niyom Siam Paragon is a great spot if you’re craving comforting Thai flavours with a modern touch. We really enjoyed several dishes here — the Deep Fried Chicken Wings served with Sticky Rice were crispy, juicy, and very satisfying. The Pan-Fried Chive Cakes were fragrant and nicely crisp on the outside, while the Papaya Salad was refreshing, well-balanced, and full of flavour. However, we were a bit disappointed with the Fermented Rice Noodles with Southern Crab Curry. While the curry itself was aromatic and rich, the amount of crab was unfortunately too little, which took away from the overall experience of the dish. On a very high note, the Thai Tea Granita with Glass Jelly was absolutely outstanding — easily one of the best granitas we’ve ever had. Super refreshing, not overly sweet, and incredibly well executed. A must-order dessert! Overall, Ros’niyom delivers solid Thai comfort food with some real highlights. With a bit more generosity on certain dishes, it would be even better. Definitely worth a visit when you’re at Siam Paragon.
