We wanted to grab lunch before heading back to the hotel on the BTS and happened to see this restaurant right next to where we were having coffee. The menu seemed to have everything we liked to eat so we gave it a shot and were not disappointed at all. It turned out to be a really good unexpected find. The food was consistently good across the board. We really enjoyed the Som Tam Corn with Salted Egg and the Grilled Pork Neck. The Stir Fried Minced Pork Basil on Rice with a Fried Egg was also very well done and hit the spot. Everything felt fresh and flavorful. Overall this is a great location for a quick meal to recharge before continuing your day. It is convenient and the quality is reliable enough to make it a worthwhile stop if you are in the area. I’m honestly speechless everything was just delicious and truly excellent. So good that I even wanted to buy the soup to take home and ask for the recipe! The noodle portion is just right filling, satisfying, and definitely worth the price. The pork is tender and enjoyable to chew. The liver is surprisingly good no smell, no bitterness. The meatballs are soft and bouncy just perfect. The Somtum pu pla ra is bold, flavorful, and spicy! It almost brought tears to my eyes. If you love spicy food, you’ll definitely enjoy it. If not you can ask for a milder level but it’s still absolutely delicious. Another dish I didn’t get to take a photo of is the fried papaya salad. Or Som Tum Tod. It’s a signature menu item and tastes amazing. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
