We stopped at Tom Mayon Kitchen on our way home for a late lunch on Tuesday afternoon. From the moment we sat down, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely Thai lady who did her best to explain the menu in English, which we really appreciated. We ordered two dishes. I chose the deep-fried pork, while my daughter had a specially prepared chicken dish with corn and peppers. Unfortunately, the chef forgot to add the peppers, but the dish was still delicious, and my daughter really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served with genuine Thai hospitality. Based on this first visit, we left with a very positive impression. I'd love to come back one evening to experience the dinner atmosphere and try more dishes from the menu before giving a more complete review. If our lunch is anything to go by, I have a feeling we'll be back very soon. BTW those two dishes cost us only 150 THB.
