ユニークなChef's table! 予約は必須。日本の昭和時代を思わせる古民家風なお店で、一つ一つ丁寧に提供されるタイ料理。海鮮がメインなので海鮮苦手な人は注意。新鮮な魚介類と丁寧な火入れ、素材の味を活かして味付けは最小限。イタリアン料理に通じるものを感じました。どの料理も感動レベルでしたし、ボリュームも満点。ドリンクは少ないながらもこだわりを感じるラインナップ。タイ産のGinがおすすめ。ほっこりした建屋と柴犬がお出迎えしてくれ、手入れされた庭園で、仲間とテーブルを囲んで料理を分け合いながら食べる。素敵な空間で美味しい料理。ここはパンガンに来るたびに再訪したいお店。お値段はアルコールを1杯飲んで1人1,500バーツほどでした。Chef's tableとしては良心的！. Hands down the most wonderful place we visited on the Island. At times while in Ko Phangan I forgot we were in Thailand. With all the same resorts you find anywhere, with the same food, it can be easy to think you are in Florida, Russia or Tel Aviv, not Thailand. But at Dear Pha-Ngân, it’s different. It truly feels like you are in a special Thai home. The owners are remarkably welcoming and the food is local, made with care. I will definitely return here, again and again. Well done!
