情報の誤りを報告する
A) check in and receptionist are rated as minus. She rushed to check me in and pay and show me the room. Though mentioned that am a first timer to chantaburi, asked her about places to see and visit. She only said ...just walked straight... No explanation...
B) room no.3 is assigned to me. It is by the water but dark and no window. The room was vibrated at night from the loud music of live band below. Smell and smoke from kitchen penetrated the room strongly. Indeed it is a worst room costed 1600 baht per night.
C) red carpet in room is littered visibly. In bathroom, stain of soap and shampoo are also visible. Standard of cleanliness is poor.
D) there is a mirror desk for make up... But no chair at all.
E) at time of check out at 0630 am, one staff said it was too early, I have to wait for the concern staff to come and give back the security money. I said I had to go now..she said she could do bank transfer to me later. I insisted to get back in cash, she decided to go and get the cash for me from the manager upstair. So it is a minus service
Overall apart from the location, this place is not worth for that room rate. There are several other hotels in the area as optioned. If one wishes to try, you may avoid room no.3.

The bigger room near by the river is worth for your money.
