服務超有禮貌且到位，環境也很舒服。雖然這次點的豬肉粥口味平淡、沒什麼驚喜感，但衝著專業服務，下次會再來挑戰招牌菜試試看！ The service is polite and professional! While the pork porridge was a bit underwhelming, I’ll definitely return to try their signature dishes next time. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400

I tried Fa Pla Tahn today and had a really satisfying experience. I ordered the บะหมี่ต้มยำลูกชิ้นปลา หมูบะช่อ แห้ง — the Tom Yum dry noodles with fish balls and marinated minced pork. The flavors were well-balanced: nicely tangy, a bit spicy, and very aromatic. The fish balls were fresh and had a great bounce, while the minced pork was flavorful and complemented the noodles perfectly. Even without soup, the seasoning coated everything well, so every bite was rich and satisfying. I also had the deep-fried taro, which was a pleasant surprise. Crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a natural sweetness that made it a great side dish to contrast the bold Tom Yum flavors. Overall, good quality ingredients, clean flavors, and well-executed dishes. Definitely worth coming back to try more from Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
