Bright lights illuminate the closely packed modern furnishings in black, while the bustling and noisy open service counter perfumes the air with the scent of lime, chili, and fresh herbs. It is a space built for speed and fast‑turnover, chatter rising over the crackling of crab shells, diners busy tucking into fiery salads. . Service is quick and no‑nonsense, efficiency is where it matters. Orders are ticked off on a Thai paper slip, with English or Chinese menus produced on request. Staff navigate the tight aisles with ease, balancing seafood towers, replacing shell bowls, or cleaning up quickly. It's a treat to watch the open service counter as staff put finishing touches on dishes. . Food is traditional Thai cuisine, focused on seafood and spiced salads; unusually, no curries or roasts here. The blue crab salad is the signature, while mixed seafood platters gleam with a fresh variety of ingredients. Seasoning is bold and chili features heavily.
