If you're visiting Bangkok's Chinatown, don't miss Rada Crispy Pancakes. The pancakes are made fresh to order and come with delicious fillings like pandan, Thai milk tea, or coconut, topped with fresh coconut. We tried the pandan and Thai milk tea flavours and were really impressed. They were perfectly crispy, full of flavour, and not overly sweet, which suited my taste perfectly. A fantastic little snack that's definitely worth seeking out!
