Liability insurer’s nightmare. Authentic Thai entertainment spot right on (in) the Ping River. Rickety bamboo tables set right in the river. Scramble down a muddy bank to get to your table. Listen to the cacophony of competing boom boxes, children laughing, families yelling. A true Thai experience. Came right after a rain and the river was right up to the edge of the tables. Dip your feet in the cool water, wade out as far as you dare, or float in the rented inner tubes. What’s not to love? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
