First of all: We have been traveling around Thailand for four weeks and are flying home tomorrow. Since we are staying near the airport tonight, we found this restaurant completely by chance – and it turned out to be the best Thai food we had during our entire trip. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but the moment we walked in we were impressed. The level of cleanliness and friendliness was something we had rarely experienced during our time in Thailand. The tables were spotless, the whole place felt very well maintained, and even the restrooms were extremely clean. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable immediately. As a starter we had the chicken wings, which were incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor – highly recommended. For the main dishes we ordered fried rice with chicken, papaya salad with shrimp, and Pad Thai. We ate papaya salad many times during our trip, but never in this quality. The sauce was absolutely amazing and perfectly balanced. The Pad Thai was also excellent – both dishes were outstanding and clearly freshly prepared. After the meal we were served a fruit we had never tried before: Mayong Chid, complimentary from the house. It was so incredibly delicious that we immediately ordered another large portion instead of just enjoying the small complimentary dessert. We also tried a homemade caramel pudding, which was fantastic as well. Overall, we can honestly say this experience was an 11 out of 10. We left the restaurant extremely happy. During our trip we also visited several Michelin-recommended restaurants without stars, but none of them came close to this place. This restaurant was far better. Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and served with great care. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience. The next time we are near the airport, we will definitely come back. Very nice looking restaurant. Host and waitress not friendly. We were the only people that was there at the time and no one smile was given by the two. They also messed up our order and we had to pay for the extra entrée. Overall not bad at all but pricey for the type of food. Many better places to go elsewhere. It is also tucked away underneath an overpass Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
