Ordered coffee and found that there were foam beads mixed in the water. When informing the staff that there was foam mixed in the coffee The employee took the glass back and kicked out the foam beads and handed the original glass back to me. Customer: Do you want me to drink this glass? Employee: I'll just make it new. When the new glass is finished The employee said “When I made the last glass, I didn't see that there was foam.” What is the benefit of saying this? When not even a single bite of coffee was consumed. Or what will the customer use the foam beads for? At first, I didn't mind letting it go because things like this can go wrong. But when the service etiquette is like this I would like to ask for a real review. ***The atmosphere is good. But the staff should improve Service: 1 Location: 3
