It's hard to find the words to describe how welcome and welcoming this coffee shop is! I found this place purely by chance, after discovering that I had a 2 hour wait for a connecting train from Chachoengsao. Having to wait 2 hours anywhere, for me, is typically not an easy task. Then I find this gem of a coffee shop! It's so unique. The first thing you notice as you walk through the door is the blast of cooling air, fans and a/c working so well to help cool hot Thai (and English ) people very effectively. As you step inside, it opens up into an alladins cave of wonderfully mismatched sofas, armchairs and stools. Each offering the weary traveller it's own unique opportunity to rest, recuperate and prepare for the inevitable return into the 32 degree heat outside. They have a nice sound system, that played mellow soulful jazz/funk while I was there, which complimented the style of the place and served to make the experience the absolute best that anyone could expect from a local coffee shop. For context, they could transplant the premises to a place like Amsterdam and it would fit in perfectly (design wise, not the amount of tourists!) If you happen to get stuck at chachoengsao station or are simply passing through, you'd be crazy not to take an hour out of your day to kick off your shoes and melt into deep relaxation with a delicious coffee to go with it! Regarding the coffee, it is absolutely delicious! I bought an iced espresso and the flavour of the beans was so well balanced. Absolute perfection! Thank you Sbynom!
