I had a good chuckle searching for this place on Google Maps because “Sandy beach with pork and wide noodles and shabu boat noodles” is actually its name. It’s easily the longest restaurant title I’ve encountered on my travels so far! The shabu-style hot pot is brilliant for sharing and perfect for those crisp, chilly Chiang Mai evenings. The meats are incredibly fresh, the broth is flavorsome, and the service is top-notch. Don't miss the plump, super fresh oysters, and definitely order those green noodles. They are a match made in heaven for the savory soup and meats. If you can say the full name in one breath, you’ve definitely earned your dinner! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
