バンコクで人気になりチェンマイにも来た火鍋レストラン。食べ放題と単品選べます。食べ放題は388バーツ。単品はテーブルに値段が書いてあり、お皿と串の色で値段が分かれています。スープ、つけだれも別途値段がかかります。つけだれは一皿ごとに料金かかるので注意。 つけだれは自分で調合してもよいし、あらかじめ出来たお店のオリジナルつけだれもあります。 他の似たような火鍋レストランに行きましたが、やはりここは人気店だけあって食材の種類が多くて楽しかった。 会計時にサービスで小さいアイスクリームがもらえました。. 良かった点 ・1人でも複数人でも食事ができる、回転形式の火鍋屋。麻辣のスープや薬味も美味しいと思います。店は混んでいました。 ・安い具材だけを選べば、会計はそんなに高くならないので、金額の調整は可能です。 ・深夜遅くまで営業している点は魅力的でした。 ・会計後に、ソフトクリームが無料で食べられる点。 残念だった点 ・QRコードを読み取る作業が分かりにくかった点。 (2024年3月時点) ※チェンマイで麻辣火鍋を食べたくなったら、また行きたいと思いました。. I tried Chinda Hotpot back when it was à la carte, and it didn’t really suit me — a bit pricey for what it was. But since they introduced the 299 THB buffet (drinks not included), I think it’s great value, and I’ve become a regular. It’s a conveyor-belt style suki place, so you can just pick whatever you want as it comes around. The variety is quite good — there are several soup options, both spicy and non-spicy, and you can choose between a single pot or a split pot with two different broths. There’s also a wide range of ingredients, and the price already includes beef and seafood. The beef is decent for the price — not outstanding, but not bad either. What really impressed me was the shrimp. I’ve been here several times, and it’s been consistently fresh — honestly fresher than what I’ve had at many buffet places in Chiang Mai. They’re also a good size, which makes them worth peeling and eating. There’s a wide range of dipping sauces you can mix yourself, which is great. However, one downside is that the dipping bowls are often not very clean — I’ve noticed oil or sauce residue on them quite a few times. It’s something the restaurant should really improve. The soft-serve ice cream machine also seems to be out of order quite often. Dietary restrictions: The soups and food are generally easy to navigate if you have dietary restrictions, but you may need to be more careful with the dipping sauces. Asian sauces often contain a mix of ingredients, so if you have allergies, make sure you know exactly what you’re adding to your sauce.
