Mudeang 555, A longtime local comfort food spot in Udon Thani, famous for homemade roasted char siu pork rice served with the same signature flavors for decades. The char siu is juicy, flavorful, and satisfying, while the crispy pork belly and roasted chicken are also worth trying. You can choose to have everything with rice or egg noodles depending on your mood. Their iced tea pairs perfectly with the meal and completes the classic local experience. The shop is tucked inside a small alley, so parking can be a bit challenging for bigger cars, but definitely worth the visit for comforting roasted meat dishes.
